"Staff is very friendly and accommodating. A very nice boutique hotel with great access to the old town. As expected with this type of hotels, there is no onsite parking, but fortunately, the parking garage is just across the street (literally 1 minute walk). Because the bar was closed on Sunday, received beverage credit on Monday breakfast for a premium order (got egg benedict). Overally, really liked the stay and would repeat. "

"Het hotel, de faciliteiten en personeel ademen een sfeer van "hier voel ik mij thuis". Mooie kamer (105) met alles erop en eraan. Groot balkon met zitje en ligbedden pal aan het meer. Prima (aan tafel geserveerd) ontbijt, waar alle wensen worden vervuld. Ligweide met voldoende bedden, direct aan het meer en ook binnen was er een voorname en huiselijke sfeer. Bushalte praktisch voor de deur met goede verbindingen naar Bad Ischl en Salzburg. De service door personeel, en vooral door de eigenaar,...

"High-grade 4 star hotel. Lots of personal touches that make it feel like a 5 star experience. Room was very comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful with excellent English language skills. Used Sauna and Steam Room. Both were clean and worked well. Lots of options at breakfast buffet. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Vienna. "
