"The apartment itself was satisfactory, but I strongly advise against booking with this host. After our departure, the host has repeatedly ignored all requests for our deposit refund, despite us causing no damage during our stay. I paid both the deposit and cleaning fee in good faith, but the host is now refusing to refund the deposit and is unresponsive to all communication."

"EXCELLENT ********** My husband and I spent a week in the lovely home . Our hosts where superb and we cannot thank them enough for making us feel so welcome. Spotlessly clean and well equiped. We wanted for nothing. It's location is FANTASTIC . Wonderful veiws from all sides of the home. Around a 25 minute walk into the town center. Bus and train station are also about the same to walk to. "Pretty much everything about this property was perfect. We wanted to stay somewhere outside of Salzburg for the Christmas markets, and to also see markets in some of the lake towns. We really loved it. It is a little far from Salzburg, though. It is a beautiful area of Austria and the cabin was the perfect size and comfort for our stay."
