"Sarah was very pleasant, professional and helpful upon check in. Otherwise one elevator didn't work and the hotel restaurant canceled our reservation for no reason, apparently a computer glitch. They lost over $150 as went then went to another place."

I told her that I might talk to her later about Uber service. When I did, she was right there to help me set everything up. She showed patience for me trying to do this.
