"Very hospitable staff, great location to get away from it all. Don't expect much of the internet connectivity (good thing). Hikes through the jungle are good, kayaking is great. Avoid at all cost
"First of all, check-in was a crap shoot; NO communication, got lucky I hitched a ride with another guest who was having same problem, still was kinda left standing during check-in, otherwise no staff existing for any issues with the room, stained pullout couch, terrible working elevators, silverware ..."
