The location was perfect. Walking distance to literally everything. The street the hotel is on doesn’t allow cars so it’s very quiet. It’s right beside a huge market when you can get everything from fruit to cheese to snacks to wine. The apartment was so clean and has everything you need. The communication with the staff was impeccable. Very quick and very helpful. This is an easy 5 rating.

Hotel room clean and comfortable but noisy due to an outdoor restaurant open daily to midnight. Hotel restaurant menu limited. Convenient location. Staff were kind but lacked local knowledge. Poor use of space on ground floor.

The room was lovely, the facilities excellent and the food and wine superb. But what really made our stay special was the warmth and friendliness of the English-speaking staff. It was like staying with friends in 5-star luxury. We look forward to visiting again.
