This place has poor amenities and they dont take care of the room. For instance, the mirror was broken, there was no mat for the bathroom which you can fall with the water, the pillows were FLAT. Not comfortable at all, there is no black out so at the early ray of light, all the light comes thru the windows. We asked for a iron and we had to go down and leave our identification for them to lend it to us. The PRO is that they have a buffet that is included in the stay that is pretty good.

The property needs updates. Room seemed dirty. Sink area dirty, toilet would not flush, towels seemed to be dirty. Breakfast did not have a good variety. Outside of hotel with a lot of grass and weeds.

Do not waste your money here. Staff is unfriendly. They look at you like you are asking for money. Tv only have 4 channels available. Room is decent but sheets had stains. I wouldnt complain if the price is 50 or less but 85 dollars i was expecting something better. Staff vibe energy was awful . Never coming back. Staff definitely need training on how to trear customers.

Horrible experience. Decided no to stay there after 5 min of being in the room.The beds had hair in them, the bathroom sink was clogged. The towels from the shower looked like rags to clean the floor.

Too expensive not worth it.
There is no hands towel, no feet towel, the breakfast was just for 1 day instead of 2 as we ordered.

Bad hotel
Llegamos súper cansados con la esperanza de descansar agusto ya que teñimos ya 17 horas manejando quedamos súper desepsionados ya que toda la noche hubo música muy alta y eso que el hotel tenía un guardia de seguridad y no fue para hacer nada sobre el asunto de nada sirve que tengan guardias si no van a hacer su trabajo. Salimos súper cansados al día siguiente ya q no pudimos dormir en la noche . Es un hotel que no recomendaría a nadie para nada los cuartos estaban limpios y cómodos el único problema fue eso que el Guardia no pudo hacer su trabajo en ir a calmar a las personas que tenían su música a todo volumen . 😡😡😡

La habitación tenía manchas de derrames en varios puntos. La alfombra estaba mal aspirada en casi todos las esquinas con la pared. Habían dejado abierta la ventana y se metieron los mosquitos. El drenaje del lavamanos estaba tapado. Había dos colchas que estaban manchadas todavía de algo que hasta costra tenía.

Nice stay: cozy beds clean restrooms, nice warm water. Good breakfast. Quiet at night. Will definitely stay again. Also really convenient Starbucks , restaurants close by.

Sleep Inn Monclova
Comfortable, clean hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. A nice hot breakfast to start the day. Plenty of restaurants nearby.
