Era domingo a las 7 de la mañana y mi cuarto estaba al lado de la lavandería y estaban lavando y secando a esa hora, con un ruidoso que no pudimos ya dirimir, hablé a recepción y la señorita prepotente me dijo que estaban lavando la ropa de todo el hotel y que no podría detenerlo y le dije señorita vengo a descansar no a que me despierten a esta hora y pregunté por el gerente y me dijo que no estaba e ignoro mi molestia

Me pareció un establecimiento limpio y ordenado, con un excelente desayuno y una excelente tarifa, desafortunadamente me dio una impresión de hostilidad al momento de hacer el check in, algo de falta de cordialidad con el cliente y por otra parte inseguro ya que en el área de piscina se extravío de una de las mesas un reloj, se acudió a recepción a hacer un reporte y se nos comentó que no se podía hacer nada, me quede con la duda si del por qué no revisar las cámaras de seguridad ya que eso es algo delicado y definitivamente daña la imagen del hotel ante los demás posibles clientes, puedes tener limpieza, buena comida etc. pero si es inseguro y hay mal servicio al cliente, no sirve de nada.

Mi reservación al llegar al hotel no aparecía por ningún lado. Al parecer este problema fue por parte de EXPEDIA al no mandarles la notifcicaciónm al hotel. Sin embargo el personal del hotel con muy mala gana y sin ganas de resolver la situacón, pésima actitud. Ni aunque les mostrara el número de reservación y correo de expedia que decia que ya estaba pagado, me podían resolver nada y hasta enojados terminaron ellos. En el desayuno nos salieron dos pelos en la comida horribles. A la hora de irnos nos cobraron unas toallas que nunca nos llevamos

The manager lady in front desk is VERY RUDE! at first when I checked in she mentioned she could not honor the booking price becasuse it was up to their Bank to convert it into pesos., which it has happened to me before but the hotels work with you in order to make up for the difference in case they charge you more than your booking quote. second, they never mentioned I could not have any visitors into the hotel, and I had a couple that lives in Monclova visit us in order for them to drive us to the weeding we had to go to., she was very rude stopping them and telling them they could'nt go inside the premises. she gives the hotel a very bad image., OTHER THAN THAT I LOVED THE PLACE..
