"Nous sommes venus passer un week-end prolongĂ© dans cet ancien moulin. Nous Ă©tions deux couples d'amis avec enfants. La maison se prĂȘte a de moments chaleureux Ă  la campagne. Le jardin est immense et permet aux enfants de se depenser. La piscine intĂ©rieure est un vrai plus qui permet de prolonger l'Ă©tĂ©. Enfin, les propriĂ©taires, Claire et RaphaĂ«l ont toujours Ă©tĂ© reactifs et sympathiques ! Nous y reviendrons dĂšs que nous le pourrons !"

"Booked last minute for Le Mans 24H. New accommodation was all very clean and welcoming. Beds were comfy and the shower was brilliant. Fully equipped kitchen and washing machine were nice to have. On street parking outside was safe and plentiful. Short walk over bridge into town for lovely local bakery is well worth doing. Looking forward to staying again!"

"Gßte spacieux et agréable (confort, jardin, cour pour garer les véhicules etc...), merveilleusement situé pour randonner autour de Fresnay-sur-Sarthe (nombreux PR et GR) et dans les alpes mancelles ! En plus, il y a des commerçants locaux qui présentent d'excellents produits ! Bref, nous avons passé un trÚs bon séjour dans la Sarthe !"

"Perfect place for a stop over while travelling south. The staff were excellent and friendly, spoke English much better than my French. It looks a bit dodgy from outside but inside is fantastic, bed was super comfy and all facilities were good. There was a bar and a nice breakfast in the morning. There is a restaurant just next door which did great food. Highly recommend."
