Une chambre d'hôtel piteuse

J'ai reservé et payé une chambre vue mer sur le site pour qu au résultat obtenir une chambre piteuse vue jardin et meme pas faites. C'est une honte. J'AI PAYER UNE PRESTATION DE 120 EUROS, je récupère une chambre avec une climatisation HS, un sol sale et des toilettes plein de pipi. Une chambre pas faites du tout. Le réceptionniste ma expliqué qu"il a déjà donner toute les chambres vu mer alors que ma reservation a etait confirmé sur une vue mer. Je suis choquée par la saletés demeurant dans la chambre . Je suis vraiment déçu. Nous nous sommes fait arnaqué et les encadrants en avait rien à faire.

Beau mais bof...

L'hôtel est de belle apparence avec de beaux équipements en apparence mais tout est vétuste. 3 jours a l'hôtel c'est 3 jours a harceler le personnel pour obtenir les télécommandes des climatiseurs installés dans ma suite. Impossible d'en trouver une compatible, il en fallait 2 je fini avec 1 seule qui permet un usage limiter a on/off le technicien fini par avouer que la seconde est en panne et qu'il ne reussi pas trouver de pièces détachées. La restauration est a vomir, trop gras la moitié des clients tombent malade et pourtant c'est l'anarchie pour ce servir 2 frites en raisons d'une clientèle mal éduqué et souvent alcoolisé qui vous passent devant sans gene. On devient obliger d'en faire de même. Les bars sont cool. Discothèque en plein air qui dérange les clients jusque tard dans la nuit.

SEJOUR TRES BRUYANT

A mon arrivée j'ai demandé une chambre calme car j'étais en Tunisie pour le travail. J'ai eu une chambre côté piscine et terrasse. Donc musique tous les soirs jusqu'à 23:00 et double vitrage inefficace. Je suis restée jusqu'au dimanche afin de me reposer le week-end, grossière erreur car il y a de la musique le matin et l'après-midi en plus du soir. Le restaurant tient plus de la cantine pour l'ambiance et la propreté ''est un peu juste'', sinon la nourriture est correcte. Je vais passer le message à mes collègues, afin qu'ils évitent cette hôtel.
