"Super hotel"

"Extremely clean room, bar and reception area. Staff are awesome, super friendly and knowledgable. "

"We arrived at the hotel and were given a room with no air con and no way of opening the window. We were told that the hotel does not provide air con and it is on its winter setting despite us visiting in April and it being above 20 outside. If you want air con don’t expect it despite them advertising the hotel as having it. Eventually, after complaining, we were upgraded to a room where you could open a window which we were satisfied with. The cleaning was quite poor, we were left with no soap for 2 out of our 4 day stay. The toilet situation in the room was not hygienic, there was no basin in the separate toilet to wash your hands. We thought that the room was very dated for the price we paid. The breakfast was okay but nothing special. At times, it lacked variety. "

"Beautiful location and the Italian gentleman who works the front desk was so kind! We were on the 2nd floor and there are no elevators in the hotel so dragging the suitcases up and down the stairs was challenging. Besides that, the view on the patio was stunning, the bathroom was cute, and they left us a bottle of wine to welcome us which was so sweet. All in all I would highly recommend this place. "
