"We had access to the bay and marina because of the private dock, so friends who had a boat in the marina could dink over and visit. It is 3-5 minute walk to Rodney bay beach..Great private pool and nice yard. The beds were a little hard for our liking, but we adjusted and lived to tell about it.. Would stay here again. "

He stated that the 100us was for the extra person and the priced i paid earlier on covers up only 1 person.
