On my first day,i was mislead or scammed as on Expedia the hotel advertised that all rooms will be service breakfast but no breakfast was service,no adjustments of payment refunded.... No activity at this beach front hotel. No music..... The pools are not functional.. Also a big issue with daily...

"The Penthouse is a blissful experience and if you need anything Gilbert will ensure your get it. We asked if he could get us snapper and vegetables for dinner and he organised for it to be delivered and grilled for us by an onsite chief. It was delicious 10/10 and we could continue our holiday without worrying about food. Swahili house is everything we were looking for, Diani beach experience but more peacful without the crowds. "This place does not offer what they advertise. Contact number is not Kenyan. Very poor communication when eventually comtacted. Shared toilet and showeroom - which was unaware of when booking. Room not cleaned during stay and had to request clean towels. Kitchen area poorly maintained. Noisy at times too due to layout."
