The staff were super courteous, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. With reported new management now in place, there is optimism for positive changes, especially as renovations are expected to improve the property in the near future. Should technical input be required in the future, I am a civil and structural engineer and would be willing to offer professional guidance if helpful!

The breakfast was ok and the staff were friendly and helpful. They could use a variety of food . I stayed for 4 nights and the food was the same the whole time. The compound is not maintained one would wonder if a snake wouldnt crawl in from somewhere. The room had no soap and had to call to ask . Mosquito nets dont close completely . Beach is very nice and better than most hotels , but very crowded !

A breath taking ad venture.

I booked a three night stay here with my wife and daughter and we enjoyed every moment of our stay. The staff are friendly and the facility is very clean with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. All the balconies are facing the beach front and the views are amazing. I recommend this hotel.

I didn’t expect much from this place before I booked it but I was completely surprised after the first day. The property was right on the beach and the staff was great and friendly. The only slight problem was the wifi connection. It was slow at times. I would recommend this place to anyone considering staying on Nyali beach.

A great place to stay. The old charm of one of Nyali’s oldest hotels, but being updated by the new owners. Food and service was great. The shower and bathroom was fine. Our room was lovely and spacious. The fridge didn’t work but was replaced immediately. Location is good being on the beach, but close to all the amenities that Links Road and Nyali can offer.

The team was very helpful and responsive, the rooms were great but the rain made the floor wet. They need to do some repairs, like the doors were not shutting properly, also the toilet was not flushing properly

Expedia check in (again, had the same in Meru) not registered properly. So off to a rough start. Nice location. Lift not working. Properly not really kept, can use some work. Indian food very nice. Coffee meh. Pizza was terrible, deep frozen factory produced. Staff generally friendly. Place has potential but needs some TLC across all areas

Staff were generally friendly, but reception tried to charge 3500 for my guest when they joined me I had booked for 2 people. Eventually they let it go without patment - I don't know if it was a mistake or they tried to cheat us. We tried 2x to order food (a la carte), 2 dishes each (4 total), the 2nd time thinking we were maybe just unlucky with the 1st order. Everything had a bad taste, wouldn't ever eat there again. I didn't try the buffet so can't comment on that. Overall the staff were pleasant, friendly, and went above and beyond. Rooms a little dated but well maintained. I just wish they would get a cook who's trained, and ensure the receptionist isn't trying to add on extra charges. Pools, view, proximity to the ocean were all perfect.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was far from satisfactory. The room and bathroom were very dirty, and all the furnishings were old and neglected. The mosquito net was terribly dusty and had stains from squashed mosquitoes, which was not only unpleasant but also gave the impression that hygiene is not a priority here. Additionally, the check-in process was lengthy because they couldn’t find my reservation confirmation, and I had to send them an email with the confirmation. The towels were also dirty. Furthermore, the photos on Expedia do not reflect the actual condition of the rooms – everything looked much better in the pictures than in reality. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you care about cleanliness and good conditions.

This place could be so much more with some TLC. The location and beach front position are lovely. Great grounds and spacious rooms but everything here needs updating. Decorating. Rooms. Appliances. A spa that is open when it says it is. The food in the restaurants. Juice that is juice and not some water based cordial. Unfriendly staff. I wish for a large developer to come in and provide a huge makeover but as it is I could not recommend it to anyone.
