About this property
Unique holiday home with stunning views
The holiday home is situated in the beautiful hills of the Marche region between Pesaro and Fano and is surrounded by a 3,000 m² garden. In recent years, it has been carefully and lovingly restored, ensuring that the rustic, romantic charm of this house, which is over 300 years old, has been fully preserved. In the winter of 2025/26, a modern heating and air-conditioning system was also installed, which is sustainably powered by a heat pump.
The house has a living area of approx. 240 m². The rooms are spread over two floors, each with a bathroom. A large, well-equipped kitchen and a spacious living room invite you to cook, play and relax together. The garden, with sun loungers and shaded seating areas, is entirely at guests’ disposal.
The house is particularly family-friendly: For young children, two travel cots, two high chairs, a changing mat and a baby monitor are available. In the garden, a large trampoline and a paddling pool provide plenty of fun.
Guest access The house and garden are exclusively available to guests for an undisturbed stay.

A particular gem is the charming village of Mombaroccio, which you can reach directly from the house via a walk through the woods – ideal for a little exploration off the beaten track.
The entire region is also a paradise for foodies: there are numerous excellent restaurants in the surrounding area.
