Majestic Grand Villa with a Little Lake

Casa Primavera is a stone villa full of character with a private garden, terrace and balconies. It has original stone walls, exposed beams, timber floors in the bedrooms and terracotta floors on the ground floor, with under floor heating providing extra warmth for the winter. In keeping with the natural surroundings the house is furnished with handmade wooden furniture using only natural and biologically degradable materials, and the water is heated with solar energy. Each bedroom sleeps 2 or 3 people… 4 bathroom with shower...2 separate Toilets. Casa Primavera has a generously sized dining room allowing everyone to eat together, and a lounge with a fireplace. The cosy reading room and the first floor terrace, along with the Pergola, offer the guests privacy and seclusion. Casa Primavera is one of the 5 houses of the stunning Eco-Holiday Resort „Buchere Ville“, which has been lovingly restored to provide fabulous holiday accommodation suitable for year round use – in hot summers, colourful autumns, snowy winters and warm springs. We are delighted to welcome families to our house, which offers every home comfort close to nature to help you relax and unwind. The guest of the Casa Primavera share the spectacular swim lake, and a sports ground to play tennis or other ball games.

Hidden Costs

The house is very nice and the location is lovely. Unfortunately there are several hidden costs that we realized only when we checked in. I suggest to make them more explicit or, even better, include them in the final price

Magnifique maison pour un séjour de groupe

La maison est belle et spacieuse. Le cadre est magnifique avec une vue imprenable sur les Langhe. La piscine est grande et parfaite pour les familles. Il fait parfois un peu frais car on est en altitude, mais nous a on pu nous baigner tous les jours. Nous avons été très bien conseillés par la propriétaire pour de belles excursions dans la région.

Im Gesamtpaket zusammengefasst sehr gut.

Das Haus ist sehr grosszügig. Es bietet Platz für viele Personen. Wir, 13 Erwachsene und vier Kinder davon sei unter 2 Jahren, hatten genügend Platz. Auch die Umgebung ist mit genügend Platz ausgestattet. Wären in den andern zwei angrenzenden Häusern auch noch Mieter da gewesen, hätte man diesen grosszügigen Platz im Freien oder am Pool teilen müssen. Das steht jedoch nirgendwo geschrieben. Der Service durch die Personen vor Ort sind sehr gut und auch die Beratung vorher. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr komfortabel. einzig 2 Lappen und 2 Handtücher für eine Woche und soviel Personen sind zu knapp bemessen. Man muss also mitbringen oder dazu kaufen. Die Lichtquellen im Wohnzimmer mit nur zwei Lampen für einen sehr grossen Raum waren zu wenig. Das Zimmer und der Bettinhalt im Erdgeschoss fühlte sich feucht und modrig an. Verbesserungen sind anscheinend angesagt. Darum können wir das Haus auch für Grossfamilien weiter empfehlen.

Es hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen in dem Haus. Die Umgebung ist schön und wir haben herrlich gegessen. Die Italiener wissen einfach, wie man gut kocht. Das Beste war die unglaubliche Ruhe!

Fint renoveret hus med stor grund. Fin beliggenhed med flot udsigt. Gode udflugtsmuligheder. Fine og rummelige værelser, badeværelser og stort fællesareal. Ideelt for en stor familie som vores eller flere familier. Swimmingpoolen var et hit for såvel små som store. Meget venligt og hjælpsomt værtspar. Vi havde en skøn ferie. Eneste minus: for langt fra Danmark.

An amazing relaxing place!

We have been there with a big group of friends for a long weekend in June, Casa Primavera has a really charming mood for its guests! Space everywhere, very comfortable and bright rooms, a kitchen really ready for more than 10 people, a big play room with sofa made really minding that there will be a lot of people, a spectacular position near Mombarcaro with a windy hill, we really enjoyed our time there. And there is a big swimming pool that give you the best only when you see in real and not in the photos. Be prepared for one of the best time of your life over there. Enrico & Martina

Great relaxing experience in a rustic villa

We were a group of 5 families looking for a relaxing longer weekend in northern Italy. Casa Primavera provided us exactly that. Some key points: - Lots of hiking and wine-tasting options around - Jane and Elena were very friendly and provided us tons of useful info - Relaxing experience in middle of rural northern Italy - Well-maintained, however, the pool and tennis lawn could have been better but to be fair, we were informed that the pool might not be available due to early summer

Fantastic property and stay!

We were a group of nine people spending a week in beautiful Casa Primavera. The house is very spacious, a lot of bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen and dinner-area. Nice area for barbecuing and dinner outside! The pool, or lake as we called it, is a story for itself, it is beautiful!! The landlords were very nice and helpful! They helped us with tips for places to eat and see, organising taxi/minibus, and even helped us when we had a flat tire on our rental car. We recommend his house for everyone who consider to rent it and we'll definitely be back!!
