  • This is a fantastic rural home of about 200 m² located on the Costa Tropical, where you can enjoy moments of tranquility or simple comfort.<br>It’s worth noting that you’ll enjoy wonderful and unique panoramic views of the sea and the mountains.<br>Fully south-facing, it guarantees a fantastic climate for enjoying maximum hours of sunshine as well as the gentle sea breeze.<br>It’s a townhouse with a private pool and barbecue. It’s also fully equipped and decorated with great attention to detail. A car is necessary since it’s located on the outskirts, a 10-minute drive from Salobreña and 15 minutes from Motril.
