    It's a cozy brand new totally restored flat with an amazing view on the lake.
    It has a little balcony , where the guest can take a breackfast enjoying the lake view.
    A perfect place for a romantic escape
    Air conditioning is present in both spaces, public parking place near the property.
    With a ten minutes walking you can reach the lake shore and Moltrasio historical centre.
    It's just few minutes away by car from Cernobbio and Como.
    The flat is composed by a tasteful furnished livingroom with access to the balcony, a cosy double bedroom with a wide stained-glass windows to bring lots of light in, a bathroom with shower and a little functional kitchenette to cook some basic dishes.
    Guests have also access to the little corner with rock table and benches in the communal garden down the stairs.
