The room was super new and modern with all buttons no switches. All the hotel staff are super nice and friendly. Also very easy to get a taxi since they are lined up in the corner we never had to wait for one.

Great location—within easy walking distance of major attractions, metro stations, and plenty of shopping. There are also many excellent restaurants nearby.
The staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They clearly made an effort to ensure our stay was comfortable, which we really appreciated.
The only minor downsides were that the elevators were a bit slow at times, and the pillows were somewhat hard and flat for my liking. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

We stayed at this hotel twice. Staff were wonderful and caring both times but I have to mention Peter (Pedro) from the front desk. I got sick during the second stay; he advocated for me to have a tele health appointment (which resulted in the necessary treatment). I cannot say enough about how helpful Pedro was! Muchas Gracias!

Good location very close to the pistes. Could do with a bit of a refresh, but for the price can't complain. Staff somewhat brusque at times, but nothing too much to put you off. Nice and quiet at night and comfy beds. Slept well.
