"Our family of 4 and our dog had a great vacation at this property! It was the best view ever and a nice neighborhood. The host was excellent with communication. Definitely would put this place on our list of favorites!"
"We love staying here. The rooms are perfect for a short stay. The beach is directly across the street. And the the staff are always so friendly and accommodating. Also love the FREE guest washer and dryer. It’s so nice coming home with clean laundry. "
"Great location from surf city beach and topsail pier. A couple minute walk down the street takes you to a cool little fishing pier and a great spot where we watched fireworks on the 4th without dealing with all the traffic. Kitchen has anything and everything you need to cook meals. It was big enough to fit our large family for card games and meals. Awesome spot I would recommend to anyone traveling to that area."

"The apartment was very comfortable. Bathtub incert needs replace. The beautiful screened in porch was really nice except it was dirty and the rusted chairs needed to be removed."
"This place is right on the beach. The best part is that it isn't one of those buildings with three or more floors. It's got one floor for guests that are staying there. It has two bedrooms--one with a king and the other with a large bed and two bunk beds. The A/C works great, the living room is spacious, and the balcony provides a great uninterrupted view of the beach. To get to the beach takes about one or two minutes--the walkway is adjacent to the house. Nice place."
"Listing was accurate for the booking.Hosts were very fast with communication. We had one issue at check in with the AC unit not functioning but the host was very responsive to the issue.Location was amazing! Very short walk across the street to the beach access. Very quiet area even on weekend nights!!!Will definitely consider booking again!"
