"Wir waren sogar 2 Stunden vor Check-in vor Ort und wurden sofort herzlichst empfangen von Loretta & Fabio, wir haben uns sofort heimisch gefühlt und wurden am Abend direkt mit einer Flasche selbstgemachten Wein begrüßt.Die beiden standen uns für Fragen und Empfehlungen immer zur Verfügung auch der kurze Kontakt über WhatsApp lief reibungslos auf einer gesunden Mischung italienisch/englisch.Wir haben leider nicht das beste Poolwetter gehabt aber an einem Tag war es warm genug, der Pool war sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. Generell das ganze Anwesen und Gasthaus war sehr gut gepflegt und ist einfach Toskana Pur mit dem authentischen Steinhaus.Der kleine Hund Puccio war auch sehr süß und werden wir natürlich genauso wie vermissen wie die beiden.Die Unterkunft ist herzlichst zu empfehlen, Arezzo hat eine sehr schöne Altstadt und auch ziemlich groß jedoch fühlt es sich nicht touristenüberlaufen wie im Vergleich andere.Noch ein persönliches Dankeschön an den besten Taxifahrer Fabio, welcher uns noch zum Arezzo Bahnhof morgens gefahren hat und abends wieder abgeholt hat um einen schönen Trip nach Rom zu verherrlichen."

"We had an amazing stay at this villa! Everything exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The place was clean and very well taken care of, which made us feel comfortable right away. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to make meals. One of the highlights for us was the huge backyard, we were lucky to have great weather, so we spent a lot of time outside relaxing and enjoying the space. Communication with the host was excellent. Both Chris and Simon were very responsive and always quick to reply to any questions we had, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.One small thing to note is that it took a little while for the house to warm up. We probably should have packed slightly warmer clothes, but it didn’t take away from our stay at all.Overall, we had a fantastic time and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"The room was very cold, and despite raising this with staff, I was initially told that the heating was functioning correctly. After complaining again, the heating was eventually turned on, which was appreciated; however, the unit was extremely loud and could not be used throughout the evening. The walls are also very thin, and noise from neighbouring rooms is easily heard. The room did not include any tea or coffee facilities, which I would consider a basic expectation for a four-star hotel. I also requested an iron but was informed that one was not available and that I would need to pay €5 for a shirt to be ironed instead. On a positive note, the breakfast was of good quality and the staff were very friendly. However, I would choose to stay at a different hotel on my next visit."

"We were looking for a quiet and tranquil location and this is it. Wonderful views from the magnificant gardens which surround the tastefully restored monastery. The exterior and interior have been tastefully renovated to the highest standard and our room was perfect. Yet the main contribution to our stay was the warmth and oustanding service that we received from the whole service team. We loved this hotel; we have travelled all around Europe and feel this is the best we have stayed in."

"Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser süßen kleinen Finca in der Toskana. Wir waren zwei Paare mit Hund unterwegs – das eingezäunte Grundstück war dafür perfekt. Die Lage ist sehr abgeschieden, mitten im Nirgendwo, und man fährt etwa 25 Minuten über Serpentinen nach Cortona beziehungsweise zum nächstgelegenen Supermarkt. Allerdings hat man dafür absolute Ruhe, Idylle und Natur pur. Die Gastgeber sind super herzlich und aufmerksam. Das Haus sowie die Küche sind sehr gut ausgestattet – uns hat es wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Der Pool war kalt, aber dafür traumhaft gelegen und die Aussicht mit dem infinity Pool ein Highlight. Alles in allem: Entspannung pur und ein idealer Ort, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen. Sehr empfehlenswert!"

"Villa Cungi was the most incredible venue and residence for our wedding! The villa is a true Tuscan gem—rustic yet elegant, with stunning architecture and breathtaking views in every direction. Each private room with its own bathroom made our stay comfortable and stress-free, and our guests were absolutely enchanted by the charm and beauty of the property. The olive grove, pizza oven, and pool provided charming activities and the group dining room brought guests together. The setting created the most magical atmosphere for our wedding celebration—romantic, authentic, and unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, everything felt perfect. We couldn’t have imagined a better place to host such a special occasion. Chiara is the perfect host and doubled as our coordinator.
