"The property was beautiful, the staff was lovely, the facility was clean and we overall loved our stay. 4 stars were given instead of 5 because the villa said they can send our clothes (equivalent to a load and a half of laundry) to be washed, not pressed, at a nearby facility. It’s also in the heart of Prato, a fairly quiet community, with easy access to Florence. The train station is a 10 minute walk away. "This is an older hotel but the room was very comfortable. It is a short walk from the hotel to the main piazza and the train station so it is very convenient. There were many options for breakfast and in the evening the restaurant serves dinner although we did not eat there. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I will stay here again the next time I am in Montecatini."
