"fix the a/c the room was ridiculously hot i dont understand why europe acts like its a luxury instead of a normal standard. Wouldve rather stayed in a motel 6 and had a cold room with good food that i also dont have to pay extra for."

"The staff at the hotel are wonderful and responsive to requests for things like irons (when all your linen clothes are wrinkled from travel). There is a good selection for breakfast. The rooms are fine, but could really use a refresh, particularly the bathrooms. The hotel is a little out of the way, but close to IULM where I was attending a conference. It's about a 15 minute walk to the M2 subway line, which gets you wherever you need to go, and there is a LIDL a block away."
