"Room was amazing, they kindly upgraded us and it really made our stay so nice as we've never had that before. The room was beautiful as was the hotel so full of character. Staff were always friendly and helpful, communication before, during and after our stay was faultless. Breakfast was always fresh and delicious. Great location. FINCA RUSTICA SINEU 1 KM FROM SINEU IDEAL FAMILIES PRIVATE POOL JACUZZI

"The property is a characterful rural finca accessed through a lockable gate and has a private driveway approach with ample car parking. The property is 15-20 minutes walk from Sineu, a charming town with a variety of restaurants & bars, shops and supermarkets (all fairly small, but well stocked). We walked into town for lunches and dinners, as well as topping up the 'main' shopping.At first sight the finca may seem small but the open plan kitchen / sitting / dining area was sufficiently spacious for the two of us. The two main bedrooms are large - one with an ensuite, the other with an adjacent bathroom. We didn't use the third bedroom (smaller) with twin beds.The finca has spacious grounds with various areas for eating outside. The front faces east so good for breakfast, while at the back is the BBQ with plenty of dining space. The swimming pool is a good size with loungers and sun umbrellas provided and lots of space to spread out.Although we didn't use them, there are other facilities, including a volleyball court, trampoline, dart board and child swings.The hosts Juan and Marisol are really lovely and go above and beyond what is normally expected.One thing to be aware... friendly cats love the place as well, and visit throughout the day from neighbouring premises. So you need to keep a watch on them and the doors closed - or they will be in!"

"This was such a charming hotel! Well cared for and beautiful space. Comfortable beds and very quiet location. The breakfasts were delicious and we were able to eat on the lovely patio. We had dinner also one night which was also fabulous. This was a perfect spot to rest before the next leg of our trip. Very unique and well run!"

"Fantastic property, really well appointed for six people. Xisco was a fabulous host and responded very quickly to any questions we had. Plenty of shade around the pool area if you want it, we did because it was very hot during our stay. The pool was great, didn’t need to be heated in August and a man came to check the levels and clean the leaves twice a week. There are two supermarkets very close by which was very convenient. The town is wonderful, very traditional with plenty of places to eat and the local people were really welcoming. Everywhere in the town is within easy walking distance. Although, it is hilly in parts so might not suit people with mobility difficulties. The Wednesday market is not to be missed. We were here during festival time which we all enjoyed very much. I’d thoroughly recommend this property if you’re after a traditional Mallorca experience in a modern house. We would definitely return."

"Our second time staying here, and just as wonderful as the first. The house is spacious with beds, baths, and a kitchen on each floor. It housed our cycling coach team happily, with easy walking access to grocery stores and restaurants. The outdoor area is great and offers a lovely spot to sit and relax. Plenty of kitchen supplies for basic cooking, and washers for laundry that worked well. Keypad entry made it easy to get in and out for the whole team. Would stay again!"
