"Even though there are signs to not wear shoes in the room, the carpet was extremely dirty and should have been deep cleaned or replaced entirely. The curtains by the bathroom and window were also very dirty. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful though. Location was convenient enough but just think the rooms could use a refresh. "Clean rooms. Very friendly owner. Bit painful on the back if you are not used to sleeping without a mattress but I guess that is part of the hanok experience. Toiletries and basic kitchen needs available. Limited transport and dining around the area. Cannot figure out the opening times of the restaurants as well. "Very comfortable stay with an exceptional view of the harbour. The room was nice and quiet and it had everything we needed. The surrounding area was quiet and peaceful but interesting enough with nice walking tracks and parks."

"Nice and friendly staff. English communication is possible with a translator app, otherwise there is no possibility to speak or communicate with the staff but that’s pretty normal in Korea. The top Itself is very cozy and traditional. It’s clean and you got yourself a little balcony. At our stay there was only cold water for the shower. "Firstly, this property is in a great location, Bathroom is very clean, bed very firm but comfortable with very clean sheets, coffee, snacks and tea on the ground level no kettle for your morning in room so you have to catch the elevator and back to make your coffe. Our only complaint would be the lack of 24/7 manned front desk as per advertised.
