Claravista 1 - 3 bedroom Villa - Pool

Claravista 1 excellent holiday villa offering you the space to enjoy your perfect holiday, in Mojacar a resort with something for everyone. NOTE during the summer season 2020 unless you are a family all travelling together only 1 villa will be occupied so the pool an and Gardens are Private. there are - 2 villas together in their own grounds and you holiday with friends & family by booking both. In the Spacious grounds there are plenty of sunbeds with plenty of sun and shade, there is also a BBQ area. Car Hire not essential as the villas are close to all amenities.

The accomdation is offered in a 3 bedroom villa, with a a solar heated pool, used by just the 2 villas sleeping 2 - 7 people with extra bed; with stunning sea views, Air conditioned/heated bedrooms & 2 bathrooms plus a WC downstairs, Split-level Lounge & Dining Room, Kitchen and Laundry area with additional Fridge-freezer for Drinks. Smart TV, Fast Fibre Internet.

Car hire is not essential as the long stretch of sandy beach is just a 2 minute walk. There are children's play parks along the front and a cycle/skate path runs alongside the promenade.

There is a fantastic choice of restaurants, Including - traditional Spanish, Mexican, Argentinian, Italian, Chinese, Indian and English and take-aways if you want to eat indoors. There are plenty of bars, with or without entertainment. There are local shops nearby and there is a commercial centre and larger supermarkets about a 5 - 10 minute drive or bus ride. There are plenty of local markets too!

Simply just great!!!!!

Arrived in November 2013 for a two months stay. Delighted with the property and it cleanliness and equipment. We have rented many other properties in Spain and most can best be described as "careworn and tired" but not Calavista 1. Totally fully equipped and nothing missing. This is the first rental we have had where we didn't have to rush out and buy extra coat hangers - just everything needed was there - it was almost if as someone had given us the keys to their own home and said "Enjoy". Even when it turned unseasonably cold our hosts reacted immediately and organised a delivery of logs for the wood burner in the lounge which made the evenings very cosy. The design of the house is very clever as it has a tall atrium in the middle right up to the roof which in the hot season would help keep the living areas cool. As for "landlords" Sandy and Richard nothing was too much of a problem and it's nice not to be treated just as a revenue earner which many landlords do.
