"Pros: The apartment is just 150m from Las Ventanicas beach and the 2km promenade. We visited out of season (Easter) but we still found plenty of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. I highly recommend Al Punto steakhouse for their Argentinian ribeye and the incredible pork ribs. The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances, and the large smart TV and blazing fast internet will keep you entertained if you choose to spend an evening in. "Parked down under trees which helped as very warm. Bit of a walk up to Hotel but not a problem, a lift takes you someway. No staff but access no problem as all info sent by phone. Alberto served breakfast on terrace which was really good. Only downside was no pillow menu and pillow was usual long firm Spanish style! "

"We booked this hotel planning to spend time around the pool as depicted. There was no pool as it is being rebuilt. There is no warning of this whatsoever in the hotel description. The staff at breakfast were not at all helpful when ordering or simply asking for basics like milk. Sorry but this isn’t a quality hotel. "

"We had planned on staying for 3 nights and moving on. However we were so impressed with the hotel and the area we extended our stay for another 3 nights. The room was spotless and had all the equipment needed for our self catering stay. The bar area was inviting and the staff was friendly and helpful. Service with a smile every time. Our only gripe is the length of time it takes at check in and check out. If timed wrong the queue can be horrendous. Would we stay again? Absolutely!!!"

"We had ants in our room where we needed to ask reception for spray to kill them, next day after returning to the room the room cleaning was done however still ants on the floor when we returned. Other than that we had no issues. - Staff majority very professional and friendly - manager in bar was slightly rude when I advised pizza we got served was cold almost froze and ask them to recook, he didn’t even speak just gave a dirty look grabbed the plate and left then sent someone else back down with the new pizza. No kettle or that in room would be nice if that was an option. I would stay again as the good things overcame the minor issues encountered during the stay. "

"Fast polite check in, shown the room & the view fron the door which opens out to the beach, all looked good but then we realised there was no kettle which was stared on the Hotels.com web site, also no hot water was happy to wait until morning for a Shave & shower but still only cold water, so we left without washing properly, we still enjoyed our one night stay but would have been great with hot water & the kettle."
