I was a little worried about staying at an off site hotel. I am 100% glad I did. Ki hotel was so clean, the pool was amazing, the room was spacious and clean and had a full kitchen. The shuttle thy provided to go back and forth to train station was reliable and frequent. Had a great stay! Would 100% ...

No hair conditioner for the day 1 and asked for it and never came. One light off and power outlet doesn’t work. The staff just pretended to do his job but didn’t. Other Novotels is good but not for the Enry one.
