"We arrived early at the hotel and we're allowed to park at the hotel while we walked to the ancient Greek Temples which were an easy walk from the hotel. The hotel had beautiful grounds and a nice swimming pool. The room was nice and clean, but simple. We atedinner and it was delicious, as was the morning breakfast. All in all a great stay and we would do it again. If you are going to see the Temples, it is worth a stay. "

"Stayed at several B&Bs during our trip. This one we would not return to. AC wouldn't go below 28c/82f. The beds were really hard, so between the heat and bed it was very hard to sleep. Be prepared to carry your bags up spiral staircase 3 floors without help. Bring a towel for pool, they do not provide. It needs a major face lift: mold/dirt on balconies outside, inside the vinyl furniture is torn or has holes in many places and housekeeping took our extra pillows saying we were not allowed to have them! "Hotel Venere is right on the main street in town. The Pizza/Sub place across the street was a great choice. We had a double room w/sleep sofa. (Very comfortable) for 5 adults. This was one of the only rentals that would take a couple of days instead of Saturday to Saturday. The young man behind the desk was very helpful and spoke English. We will definitely stay there again. "
