"NEWER business traveler hotel, though tourists will also enjoy. Not a resort hotel, no leisure facilities. Hotel is very conveniently and centrally located in CBD close to all major tourist spots and corporate/business district. Front Desk happy to arrange Tour Guides. Discerning guests will enjoy and appreciate. Staff team are incredible and make this place shine, everyone friendly, welcoming, smart, efficient and on task. Property is 2.5/3 star but some aspects are 4 star, some 1 star. Management team are aware of shortfalls and addressing. Ensuite rooms - well equipped and efficient, good AC, orthopedic beds and memory foam pillows (on request). Restaurant - excellent buffet breakfast and any other meals very tasty. Crisp, clean, fresh decor and furnishings throughout property. All department managers from Front Desk, Housekeeping, Guest Relations on hand to deal with any issues immediately. Gen Mgr is hands on, very visible and attentive. Very impressive team work throughout hotel - happy staff! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!"

"Excellent property within easy distance of Fort Jesus and Old Town,even easier if you grab a nearby tuktuk for a 200 ksh ride. Aircon was powerful, wifi reliable, front desk reception was welcoming and easy, buffet breakfast had many options of Kenyan, Indian and English. Felt welcome, safe, and comfortable. Recommended for those who want to stay in Mombasa Town."
