The staff. Everyone was a different level of hospitality, very impressed. Jericho in the restaurant had a smile on his face every minute of the day and couldn’t have been more helpful. Housekeeping staff for room 508 were superb, 11/10. Reception staff so helpful as well as concierge. Chefs in the restaurant were so friendly, patient and helpful. The standout of this hotel was how excellent the staff are.

I normally stay at some of the bigger brand hotels on the Palm but I had a very positive experience at Royal Central Hotel. I upgraded to a palm view room with a balcony and was not disappointed, the view was great. I had a rental car and self parking was convenient. Pool bar service was good and efficient. For what you pay I would say it is great value.

One of the best stays, all staff members we encountered were so nice, accommodating and helpful! The property is clean and spotless, the views from the room are spectacular, the breakfast had a wide selection and everything we tried was amazing!
The spa is something different all together and I would highly recommend this hotel and the spa to anyone interested in a bit of some pampering and disconnect!

Riu was great. Compared to other Riu, it lacked mini bar in the room, not all restaurants were available aside from the main buffet. Also entertainment was very specific to kids and not adults. But overall had a good time there.
