Enjoy stunning Atlantic views from the shared rooftop solarium at Sunset Arguineguin. This step-free holiday apartment is on the first floor of a three-story building with elevator access. The apartment features a living room with a sofa bed for one, a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom, and one bathroom, accommodating up to three guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, two fans, and a washing machine. Please note, there is no air conditioning, but two fans are provided. Guests have a private balcony ideal for relaxing evenings, though it does not offer direct sea views.



The building offers a beautiful shared rooftop terrace with sea views, perfect for sunbathing and cooling off in the shower. The property is right by the beach and within walking distance to public transport. Free street parking is available. One pet is allowed for an extra fee. Events are not permitted. Enjoy easy self check-in.
