This large villa has 3 floors. It is decorated in a minimalist and cosy style. It features a large garden with tropical plants, a private 24-hour heated pool, and plenty of sunshine. Beautiful nighttime lighting.
Located in a very quiet and safe area, just a short walk from one of Gran Canaria’s major hiking trails. The famous Tauro Golf Course is within walking distance, and the white-sand beach at Playa Amadores is just a 5-minute drive or a 30-minute walk away.

This spacious villa has 3 floors and is tastefully decorated. The large garden features tropical plants, a private heated pool, and plenty of sunshine during the day.
At night, you can also enjoy the outdoor space when the plants are beautifully lit.
In the cool basement, you’ll find 3 bedrooms, 1 half-bath, and 2 full bathrooms with showers. There’s also a large game room for BIG or little kids ;-) with a gym, foosball, and table tennis.
On the main floor, you’ll find a large, modern kitchen with an oven/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc. Next to the kitchen is a guest bathroom. The living room features two large leather sofas, a Smart TV, a DVD player, and a large dining table. Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available. On the ground floor, there are 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and walk-in closets, as well as a lovely terrace/balcony with mountain views. Outside, there is a large dining table, 6 lounge chairs, and a large garden with a pool.
The price includes bed linens, towels, and normal use of water and electricity.

Very quiet residential area

Having a car available is highly recommended.
- Noise is not permitted at any time of day or night. The villa is situated in a very quiet residential area, and guests must respect the neighbors at all times. Furthermore, community rules prohibit noise at any time of day or night. After 10:00 p.m., please keep noise levels to a minimum.

- Parties are not allowed.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.

- Always return remote controls for televisions, air conditioners, fans, and outdoor awnings to their proper place.

- Visitors who are not staying at the apartment are not permitted

- If you use the grill, please clean it afterwards.

- Turn off the air conditioners when you are not inside the house.

- Please do not dive or jump into the swimming pool. If water floods the area and the water level is not at the appropriate level, the heating system may be damaged.

- Please treat the house with respect and report any damage immediately; otherwise, you will be charged for it.
