Cozy home in the heart of Puerto Rico

Top location, no car needed!

This cozy apartment is perfect for couples, friends and small families! The private terrace offers views of the valley and mountains of Puerto Rico, and it is only a 5 minute walk down a flight of stairs directly to the center and about a 15 minute walk to the beach. The bus station, supermarket, clinic and other amenities can also be reached within 10 minutes. Recently refurbished so yes, it really looks like the pictures :)
Everything you need to feel at home and be indpendant!

The bedroom has a queen size bed (150cm wide) and there is a sofa bed in the living room that comfortably sleeps 2 people. The kitchen is well equipped, there is a stove, oven, coffee machine (Dolce Gusto) and a typical southern European mocha pot, fridge and freezer and of course plates, cutlery etc.There is a washing machine and drying rack on the terrace, as well as an iron and ironing board. We provide everything: towels (including some for the pool/beach), bed linen, detergent, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, coffee, spices and other basics for cooking.
Sleeping arrangements: double bed in dormitory and sofabed (sleeps 1 adult or 2 children comfortably) in the living room

A baby cot is available on request (free of charge).
The apartment is private including the terrace. The pool and other outdoor areas are communal.
A great place for couples and families!

Puerto Rico is one of Gran Canaria's most popular destinations as it is well known for being one of the sunniest spots on the island. It has a lot to offer: there is the white sand beach, the port where most sailing/fishing/etc trips depart, 2 shopping centers with shops, restaurants, bars and clubs. There are several gyms nearby as well as a small theme park (Angry Birds, my nephew (2) and my niece (6) both loved it) and other activities for children. With a car, it takes you less than 10 minutes to the port of Mogan and just about 15 minutes to the dunes of maspalomas and/or the nightlife of Playa de ingles. You can reach the next bus stop, supermarket, pharmacy and doctor within a 10 minute walk from the apartment.
It will take you about 15min (quick walker) to 25 minutes (easy stroll) to get to the beach from the apartment.
There are some steps to take to and from the entrance and down to the center so it is not suitable for people with impaired mobility.
