"The handicap fell short to ADA federal guidelines even the public bathrooms one stall was out of order. Never setup handicap shower bench even calling twice to make sure ADA compliance. Curb drop off had a 8” from street level I was injured with hurt hip? Don’t know what costs of surgery will be for hip & knee replacement is going to be. Phone in room didn’t work Ada handicap grab bars were few and far between other-side of toilet. Sink Faucets were nice practical better to use different brand and get water hot and cold the hotel needs a consultant to say on the property and find all the problems of this property as it is a great venue but failed on basic amenities."

"We had a great time, the place was clean, well stocked kitchen, great hot tub. Movie theatre was good but getting to the movies was a bit of a challenge- but the place was super accommodating and big. Plenty of space. Loved it all!"
