This hotel looks grand from the outside and is in a really good location at the edge of the old town. The staff on reception were lovely and helpful at all times. The rooms were big and spacious. Good location and nice views. Due to the sheer volume of people in the hotel breakfast can feel busy and crowded. While our hotel room was nice, there were areas of the wall that had peeling paint from damp, some cracked tiles in the bathroom and a tap in the kitchenette which was on a broken worksurface ...
