"Beautiful property, lovely personnel and pretty grounds. The only negative I have is that the gate at the road to the actual residential building is unmarked, unlit and several kilometers from the main gate (which is marked and lit at night), making a late night check in (in the dark) very difficult. I am sure this is being addressed since that entrance appears very new."

"Wonderful location in the hills outside Bologna. Fantastic thermal spa pools. Nice food and great staff (reception speak english). The room was basic and definitely overpriced. 2 stars at best Euro 65 per night should be the price, in my experienced opinion. Noisy and drafty accommodation. Conversations in the corridors and stairwells echoed around the whole building. Smokers' cigarette smoke somehow drifted into my room. WiFi was non-existent. In summary, bad hotel for business travellers....

"Very cozy accommodation with super polite hosts"

"The apartment was dark, dreary, and not clean. The cooktop had crumbs on it and dirt was on the floor. While the shower was large water ran across the bathroom floor and into the hall. Parking was conveniently located just outside the door. For us, the location was not favorable. and we had the smell of manure from neighboring farms on two days. We left one day early."
