Very quiet hotel just off the freeway. quality furnishings not being taken care of. Chest of drawers. middle drawer broken or not on rail. carpet starting to fray at bathroom. Handicapped room, but closet rod too high to reach. Major concern security bolt did not work. Had to slam door to get door to latch, but security bolt would not clear the strike plate.

Was told I needed to leave a day before check out due to the fact my kids where being too loud , that there regulars complained. I informed before checking in I had children and asked for bottom room. Then not only that I was accused of smoking marijuana when I'm out here on business training.. would not suggest to any family's. WAS NOT REFUNDED EITHER!!!

Horrible hotel!
Worst hotel I have ever been to. Check-in was like vhecking into a jail. Had to ring bell to get service. Noticed several work trucks with men cooking food on tailgates. Upon entering room, it smelled bad, carpet dirty, stains on doors and walls. Furniture dirty and looked like blood on lampshade. Refused to stay and couldn't believe this was a Wyndham property let alone a Hotels recommended property. Requested a refund and stayed at another hotel nearby, which was 100 times better. I can't stress this enough, stay way from this hotel. Total let down for sure!

Swimming pool and guest laundry not in service!
Upon our arrival, we learned that the swimming pool had not been in service for 2 months. They didn't bother updating the information in Hotels.com site and refused any partial refund. The guest laundry also happened to be "broken", but miraculously came back in service right after we complained to hotels.com customer service. Our impression was the hotel was trying to close all facilities from paid customers to save money. We felt cheated because we chose to pay more for them when booking then were told all of them are not available.

It looked ok from the outside. Smelled clean in the room, but it was disgusting. There was hair in the sink and tub, urine in the toilet, and old coffee in the microwave. How this property can post an Expedia endorsement in their office is baffling. Never staying there again.

Felt like I was checking in to a "No Tell Motel". First time after 30 yr's. of traveling, did I have to check-in at an outside walk-up (bullit proof glass) window. I got the feeling they didn't care if I stayed there or not. There "Free Breakfast" is kind of a joke. It is Frosted Flakes or Rasin Brand, Coffee, and "an Apple". Okay, its free. But what's not free is the Bed. The mattress was so BAD, I will NEVER stay at this hotel again, nor will I recommend it.

Continental breakfast is cereal and toast. The lobby was locked and the employee acted put out when I rang the bell to bring him up front to let me in. Not welcoming. $20 per pet is not "pet friendly". Room smelled clean. Arm chair had stains.

Bed very comfortable. Wide variety of TV options. Large room. Coffee maker does not work. Keeps shutting off. Would not brew coffee. No stopper in the bathroom sink. If you drop something small in the sink, it's gone forever. Covered drain with a washcloth so this did not happen. Could have lost medicines, hearing aids, toothbrush down the drain.
