"This space has all the charm and quirks that make a city visitor feel a funky, fun vibe! The location was superb for walking to the historic sites as well as the most iconic shopping and food. Fell in love with the exceptional circular staircase and all the skylights ~ just added to the historic charm of the exposed beams and kitchen with all the modern necessities with an old school feel. Bologna was a blast!"

"What made this place so terrific was not the facilities, but Roberto and Claudia, the owners. They went out if their way to show us the wine production and surrounding area. They went above and beyond to help us with their pharmacy and anything else we needed. They made it our home. Scandiano is a delightful community. It was hard to believe based on the style in the shops that is was a farming town."

"The studio is well located between the Piazza Maggiore and Bologna Central Station, making it a good location if you are traveling without a car. The kitchen is furnished with pots, dishes, silverware necessary for cooking, however more dish soap and a newer cleaning sponge would make cleaning up more certain. The washer and dryer were appreciated. Check in via online website was difficult, but Nicholas was wonderful in meeting us and giving us the keys."

"Studio fidèle aux photos, joliment décoré, extrêmement propre et très confortable notamment grâce à la clim. L'accueil de Claudia et son mari est très sympathique et ils sont soucieux d'apporter le meilleurs service aux locataires. De la documentation est à disposition ce qui permet de se situer et programmer des visites rapidement. Le parc est bien entretenu et permet de se délasser à l'ombre des arbres.
