Family Trip

The house was amazing, big, comfortable and in a great area. Beside the little problems with the water and light. The wifi didn't work. This was something out of their control but the owners responded very quickly and respectful. I will rent the property again. Enjoy my vacation with my family in this house.

The home was extremely hard to find because it does not look anything like this. It took us 3 hrs to find it. We called the numbers they sent us and it took them over an hour to reply with the door code. It's only tan in color, no blue at all. The yard was overgrown and not maintained. And the neighbors dog would not shut up day and night! When they say private parking you are lead to believe you can park in the 2 car garage. Nope, you have to leave the car out in the driveway, the garage is locked and off limits to the renter. Once we got into the home we realized immediately this was a "party" house. Not a family vacation home. The house was NOT anything like the photographs. All of the rooms were staged with nice furnature, and useful things to photograph. Wifi didn't work so no tv, grease and filth in the kitchen, 3 warped cheap pans, dirty dishes. Food crumbs on the table. Nasty toilet paper and hair clumps in the bathroom floor, the Jacuzzi didn't work and hot water is solar that is in the shade, cold in the evening. One room had a broken glass door leaning over the bed. So couldn't use the room. Inches of filth in the bed frames and I found a few hypodermic needles in the master bed! And pills on the floors. No office space, no household supplies as photographed. We were a family of 6 and no other places were available so we was stuck cleaning a full day. The owner only offered my cleaning fee refunded. Nothing more, they was rude and inconsiderate.

One of the best homes we’ve ever stayed in! This home is big spacious, clean, nearby stores and beaches. The bedrooms are big, the beds are super comfortable, one of the bathrooms come with a tub great for children and adults to relax and bathe in. The front yard and backyard is outstanding great for entertaining guests. If you have a big family like we do this is a great option for your stay in Puerto Rico we highly recommend it!

The outdoor space in the front and the back of the house is amazing. I didn't like that the jacuzzi was not working, it would have been nice to know that in advance, there are no other bathtubs in the unit. Other than that, the entire house looks exactly like the pictures. Our family had a great time, and we would certainly rent with them again.

Isabela rental

This home was BEAUTIFUL and very very clean. About 20/25 minutes to nearest beach. Quiet property in a safe neighborhood with other families around. Behind the house was some type of pasture where you could see horses roaming. My daughter loved that. Fully stocked kitchen. Tons of bath towels and soft clean bedding. Ductless air kept rooms comfortable and cool. Large family room with couches and huge TV with access to streaming services. Would definitely stay again if I came back to Isabela.

Franco was easily accessible via text message and his neighbors were informative and friendly. The place was stocked with everything that we could need from coffee makers, to coffee filters, pots, kitchen ware, etc. In addition the decor was simple but very comfortable. My husband and I shared part of the trip with three other adult family members and everyone slept comfortably and well. We highly recommend staying here and will do so ourselves on future trips.
