Great location and considering where it is, it’s relatively quiet. It’s a bit annoying that the front desk isn’t open on Sunday’s but it’s only a small issue.

Lovely, helpful staff. Apartment smaller than we thought ( no balcony) but clean enough and close to shops on Jetty Road. Only downside was that it was not cleaned/serviced after 3 days and we had to remind staff to clean. Apart from that, lovely stay, despite construction works on Jetty Road/tram area.

Hotel was nicely decorated and had good location.
The room had plenty of space and bathroom facilities were nice.
The bed and pillows weren’t very comfortable. The pillows were from IKEA and the bed linen didn’t fit the bed correctly.
The pillows did fit the case as they were to large.
You can hear noise from the hall way and room next door.
The carpet looked very dirty and needed to be cleaned as it was worn out and stained.
We visited in September and was quite warm in the room and wouldn’t go below 19 degrees on the temperature control.
