Large and clean room. Very friendly staff. Public restrooms were extremely clean. Walking distance to The Sphere and several in-house dining options.

Overall, our stay at the Palazzo was "ok", but there were several aspects of the experience that were disappointing. My biggest concern was the substantial incidental hold placed on our debit card at check-in. This was not explained to us at check-in. We stayed five nights, and the Palazzo placed a $750 hold ($150 per night) on our card. We don't charge purchases to our room, so having that amount of our available funds tied up for the duration of our stay was inconvenient. Ironically, we were forced to charge purchases to the room this trip since what little available funds we had left were for expenses outside the Palazzo. We also experienced a complete water outage for more than an hour during our stay. Unfortunately, this occurred while we were getting ready for a 2:00 p.m. show at the Sphere. I was in the middle of a shower when the water stopped and had to rinse the soap off using bottled water we happened to have in the room. While I understand unexpected issues can occur, this was a significant inconvenience, especially at a luxury resort.

Very nice hotel. Updated. Pool was great. Had a chamber room. Very spacious with great views. Clean. Will stay again. Really liked it.

First time being here. The room is super clean. Staffs are very nice and friendly. We enjoyed walking around the beautiful and magnificent building. Food, games, drinks are very good. We love it and plan to come back again.
