The self-check-in process was very easy and convenient. The room size was also quite decent and comfortable for the stay. One thing I did notice is that other hotels I’ve stayed at usually provide bottled water or a coffee machine in the room, but this hotel did not offer either. It would also be nice if the room service or food menu were presented a bit better instead of just a printed sheet of paper. The floor I stayed on had some construction happening, but it honestly wasn’t a big issue because it wasn’t noisy during my stay. I also appreciated that the staff checks room keys at the entrance—it adds an extra layer of security and safety, which I think is a great practice. I was told there might be a possibility of a room upgrade if one became available, but unfortunately that didn’t happen. The hotel did not seem very full, so it might be a good idea to speak directly with the front desk during check-in if you are hoping for an upgrade. While the self check-in was quick and convenient, you don’t have much control over room selection when using it.

Good place for the price. Dont like that small fridge was filled with their drinks at an extra cost. No place to place my drinks I got. No microwave.

I had cold water so I reached out to Deborah and she upgraded my room. She was fantastic and is the reason all these 5 stars.

Decent cheap hotel if you plan to be out and about, but they mixed up our group rooms. Majority of the outlets do not work. Our group got split up and they couldn't put us on the same floor when they told me they could. 1 room got house keeping and the other room did not when I requested for daily house keeping for both rooms.
