"It was very conveniently located (just connected to a train station!) and the room was clean and spacious for the comparables. I also really loved that the direct airport bus services (both Narita and Haneda, but only to the airport) are 1 minute walk from the hotel. That was a huge advantage."

"Beautiful, clean, well kept, with a great assortment of dining. Excellent service from all staff. They are very attentive and you wont be waiting in the lobby for help, they'll ask what you need right away. There is a lovely tea lounge area on the second floor that I really enjoyed as well. There is also a convenient store, excellent breakfast & dinner buffet, laundry room, gym with a pool, and many other amenities. I felt very safe, especially with the police station directly next door. I think thats a plus. 711 is a 3 minute walk away, train station is maybe 5. Within a 5 minute walk is also many restaurants, shops, an arcade, and a mcdonalds. The wifi was fast in my room, and I really liked having a humidifier as well. They will even restock the water bottles in your rooms fridge & bathroom amenities daily. I also really loved the pajamas they provide and will be purchasing some to take home with me. Room service was great too! There are so many good things about this place. Highly reccomend "

"First time booking a single room and it's more cramped than the average Motel 6 room, but still a clean good night's sleep when it counts. There's even a manual hidden in one of the shelves if you need further info about the room. Arrived around 11pm and staff is still available via lobby phone. Location is also great, as it is a short walk from a rotunda of late night restaurants, convenience stores, and the train station itself"

"The room was pretty small. You had to step up to the bathroom and the washer/dryer. There's a microwave, sink, dishes and utensils in the room. The area was not very welcoming though. The taxi we had said it was not easy to get to. There's a lot of bars around in the area and a couple of restaurants. I wouldn't want to be there late at night alone. No shopping at all. Hotel had free items like brushes, toothbrushes, etc in the lobby. They had free water bottles and water. Coffee was there but not available after 5pm. We stayed at their Shibuya hotel and the location was more convenient in terms of shops and location to a subway. "
