A Very Nice Stay
Stayed for 1 night and everything was nice. Expected to arrive late due to flight delay and they still served us dinner. A staff picked us up at the train station though it’s only a few minutes walk. The dinner and breakfast are the best I’ve ever had in Japan. The property is spacious and clean. All staff are nice and friendly. Would love to stay there again in the future.

100% AMAZING Japanese experience
The greeting was wonderful with tea and dessert upon check in. Completely Japanese style and the staff was amazing. They took the time to explain a little bit what we could do around town and provided advice on going out at night. The whole thing was beyond our expectations. Totally recommend it if you want to escape from all foreign tourists (including ourselves, lol). We had everything we needed in our room.

Nice ryokan.good view, great service.
Peaceful and comfortable. The service is great. The view from the room is spectacular. Good Onsen and food is awesome too.

Very nice hotel, excellent service
This is our honeymoon trip to Kyoto and we would definitely come back again in this onsen hotel. We arrived around 6pm on our check in day and we got all wet by walking from the train station under the rain. The keeper immediately handed over a warm towel and hot tea to us and another keeper was handling and drying our luggage. It was very good caring impression. We updated our dinner for grilled crab for only 2000yen extra. It was a delicious. Since we really like the Japanese Menu we requested the keeper to write our name and wedding trip in japanese for our souvenir. On our check out day, the hotel present us with a wedding gift. It was very kind. This is the best onsen hotel out of three traditional onsen hotels we stayed in of our honeymoon trip.

位置好方便，只離JR 5分鐘。房間好大，又可以浸溫泉。職員知道我沒有預約晚餐，就預備了資料告知附近有那家餐廳營業至晚上，非常細心。

具懷舊風格且服務到位的日式旅館
具懷舊風情的日式旅館。服務到位，接待人員也都很親切。離天橋立火車站的步行距離為5-7分鐘。餐點精緻。房客還可以使用姐妹飯店文珠莊的風呂設備。兩家的泡湯都值得一試，當然我更喜歡對橋樓小小的木桶溫泉。

靠近旋轉橋
店員都十分有禮貌，房間視野很棒，可以直接看到旋轉橋，店員上下樓會幫忙搬行李，溫泉也很棒，早餐是日式傳統早餐，十分精緻好吃。

Everything was just great
The old lady at the entrance was very nice and considerate that she lent us some boots on a snowy day. The hotel itself is very close to the JR station and the dinner was great. Thanks very much for the hospitality of all the staff, who were all very polite and helpful. One more thing, the bed (tatami) was very comfy

1）飯店離車站很近、就在迴旋橋和智恩寺旁，裡天龍觀也很近 2）房間景觀好，的確可以看到迴旋橋；吃早餐的地方景觀也好，飯店可以直接通到外面的河岸 3）早餐很用心也很好吃 4）服務人員態度非常好
