この度はお世話になりました！ 繁華街のど真ん中なので、歩けばすぐに飲食店やお土産屋さんがありとても便利でした。 何よりスタッフさんが親切で丁寧に接してくださったおかげで気持ちよく過ごすことが出来ました。 当初セントラルリゾート宮古島で予約していたのですが、途中でスマイルホテルに変わってしまったとの事で、まるでリゾート感のないビジネスホテルのようだったのがちょっと残念でしたが､､､ 中心地で寝泊まりできてシャワーもあって、レンタカーを停める駐車場もある！それだけで充分です。 あと、ホテルの駐車場は限られた台数しか停められませんが、隣に広ーいコインパーキングもあったので安心だと思いました。 スタッフの皆様、ありがとうございました！

清掃は行き届いていますが、湯船等に若干、施設の使用感がありました。 タオルやアメニティは必要な分のみ交換することで、環境への配慮もみられます。

繁華街にあるが中は静かです 部屋のグラスとマグカップが2人で宿泊したけど一つずつしかなかったのは残念でしたが、それ以外はすごく良くて、21時まで試飲できる泡盛や、いつでも貰えるさんぴん茶のピッチャーサービスはとても嬉しかったです。 浴槽に入らなくてもいい人には新館はとてもお勧めです。

こちらのホテルはリーズナブルな金額で泊まれ、中心地にあるので食事飲み歩きには適していると思います。前に焼き肉屋同じ道に三線のライブがあるお店、コンビニもあるので便利です。前回は違うホテルを利用しましたが、立地が良くリーズナブルなので利用させていただきました。泊まったのは、奥の棟で新しかったです。レセプション前には旅の情報を得れる（スタッフの方が作成したお店おすすめ情報など）また、ソフトドリンクと泡盛が無料で飲めます。宿泊料から考えるとお得と感じました。
