Only complaints are minor. The staff did not speak much English so be prepared for that. Also you cannot use the gym if you do not have designated indoor only gym shoes so be aware of that as well. Great location and nice restaurants at the hotel as well. 2 beautiful pools. Rooms are well designed and almost all of them are positioned a stones throw from the beach so the views are incredible. Food from the Olu grill/banta cafe is very good albeit quite expensive when compared with restaurants elsewhere in the island. Breakfast from the onsite restaurant was very good but again quite expensive. We were staying in the premier grand suite which was very spacious (2 separate bedrooms at each end of a hallway) and luxurious. We made use of the spa and treatments. Staff were lovely. We also enjoyed the pool but unfortunately there is some construction nearby so noise. Also, the beach was pretty but not swimmable as it is very shallow but good for young children.
