Above Hollersbach, 3 km from the centre, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, 100 m from the edge of the forest, 3 km from the lake, 3 km from the skiing area. For shared use: natural state property. Table tennis. In the house: WiFi, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Motor access (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Grocery 3 km, bakery 3 km, bus stop "Hollersbach Bahnhof" 1.5 km, railway station "Hollersbach" 1.5 km, bathing lake "Hollersbach" 3 km. Gondola lift 3 km, skisport facilities 3 km, cross country ski track 3 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Hollersbach-Skiarana Kitzbühel 3 km. Hiking paths: ab Haus. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.
