"The receptionists were very helpful and friendly. My stay included breakfast, which was available between 7am - 10am. It meant that I didn't have to get up too early for it. The spa and pool were great, very clean and also had amenities such as snacks, water and hot drinks. They were both open for very long hours so i was able to use them after I returned to the hotel after my day outs. I would definitely recommend this hotel as it's in middle of Bad Aussee, just the spa and pool is worth going to!"

"We were upgraded to a suite, but it was located in a different building. A bellhop placed our luggage in a motorized carrier, and we hoofed it up to the site with his guidance. This might have been a tough climb for some folks, but we didn't have any trouble and the view/room were amazing. Both breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant were delicious. "

"We booked a suite that accommodates four adults（1 king bed and 2 Twins bed）， at the time of booking, my father-in-law was unsure he could join us or not，He only decided to come and bought his ticket in the final week before the trip. However, when we arrived, the hotel claimed that our reservation was for three adults and charged us an additional €70 per night. This was the first time I’ve ever heard of being charged extra while still staying within the room’s stated capacity! We also had dinner at the hotel, which turned out to be the most expensive meal of our whole trip 3 main crouses no Appetizer no dessert cost 199 €!"

"Beautiful resort at excellent location"

"The hotel is advertised as having AC, this was a key element in my decision to book this hotel. Apparently they turn it off when it gets cold, according to them and other guests should just open the windows. We were promised that the hotel manager would contact us as we complained about it. That was on Saturday and we checked out on Monday. I have yet to hear back from her or anyone in the property. The receptionist offered us another room where they opened the windows. How did i not think of that? I asked to get at least a fan but i'm only a paying customer, why should i get a response? The hotel images, suggest that it is somewhat secluded. This is not the case as i was woken up by trains passing nearby (100-200m) at 7am. We had to sleep with open windows... Not my ideal vacation. The only bright side in this hotel was the F&B staff who were super friendly and helpful."
