It was at 8:30 pm, so I went to the reception desk since the letter that we were given during check in earlier that night stated that the front desk was staffed till 9:00 pm. There was nobody there. We called their service number and spoke with the lady owner who said that they would send their "colleague" who lived in the building that night. Nobody...

"The staff were amazing as was eveything about this Hotel.
From the spectacular views to the walks surrounding it, it was amazing.
Our room / apartment was huge and spacious with a wrap around balcony.
If we had any criticisms it would be the pillows were slighty uncomfortable and that my wife did struggle with some food choices being Gluten and Dairy free (this seems to be the case throughtout Austria though).
But the food we all did have was fantastic."
