    "The hotel was nice, staff was helpful and the breakfast was amazing. I did feel as though the room was too warm even with the AC on and I wish there was a microwave and ice machine available to guests. I will say that I'm from the US so maybe this is the norm for hotels overseas. I want to mention that although there was not a microwave in my room, the staff was willing to pop the bag of popcorn for me. I was very appreciative for that. I definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again if..."

    "Overall, the hotel was good and I had a pleasant stay. I did not receive any VIP benefits such as a room upgrade or similar perks. As an Expedia Gold Member, I was expecting at least one VIP offer from the hotel, but no benefits were provided at all. The only thing I received was early check-in Additionally, the hotel did not provide slippers in the room. For a hotel of this quality, I consider this a significant downside, as even basic amenities like slippers are expected."
